RETURN POLICY
Faye source the finest fabrics exclusively with every women’s lifestyle and aspirations in mind. We are committed to providing a bespoke luxury experience whilst celebrating the uniqueness of every woman.
Fabrics that we sell are cut to your individual specification, therefore, return/exchange and refund is not applicable in this situation unless a defect exist on the fabric
we at Faye take all possible steps to ensure that the fabric images are representative of the fabric as best as possible, colours may vary according to settings on your screen and therefore can only approximate the actual product. To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage you to purchase a sample of your desired fabric before ordering it in a specified length. This small sample of the fabric will give a true representation of the colour, texture, pattern, and handle of a fabric. You can contact us and provide us with the details of the fabric you desire as sample.
Other items in our online store such us Brooches and Buttons store may be returned for a refund or exchange
Terms of exchange or refund:
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to deny a exchange or refund if returned item does not meet the following terms:
· The returned item should be in their original condition, includes all packaging, accessories and with all tags attached. In addition, the original purchase invoice must be attached.
· You have the option to return the value of your purchase or exchange it for another product
· Products that have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item, if available, provided that it is delivered in its original condition upon purchas
· Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. You must follow the payment procedures with the bank.
· Refund is for returned products only, other charges such as shipping or delivery charges are not refundable
· On the occasion where a refund is applicable, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost and will not be refunded unless there is a defect in the item sold
To apply for refund or exchange:
You can apply for a refund or exchange by contacting us. To allow for easy identification and prompt processing. you must provide the following information:
- Your Name
- Invoice number
- contact number
- Name of the item and the product SKU number
- reason for retune or exchange
you will receive an email confirmation once we receive your application to tell you the processes of return
If we are unable to deliver any product you have ordered, we will let you know and issue a refund. If you have ordered another item, we will send them to you.
